Planning an event can be stressful and complicated - our number one priority is making sure that choosing us is one of the easiest parts of your day!

INQUIRE
Start by sending us an inquiry through our website. Tell us the basics - your date, location, guest count, event type, and what kind of bar moment you’re dreaming up.

PROPOSAL
After your call, we’ll create a custom proposal just for your event and send it over within 48 hours.
You’ll be able to review your bar package, choose any add-ons you want, and make sure everything feels like the right fit. Want to zhuzh things up a little? This is your moment.

FINAL DETAILS
About 10 weeks before your event, we’ll reach back out to gather your final details. This is when we’ll confirm your guest count, timeline, drink preferences, bar menu, and anything else we need to make the day run smoothly.
Within 8 weeks of your event, you’ll receive your custom shopping list with everything needed for your bar service.
From there, you’ll either pay your ABC invoice or purchase the ingredients from the list we provide. Either way, we’ll make sure you know exactly what’s needed - no panic-buying random bottles and hoping for the best.

CONSULTATION
Once we get your inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation call with Amanda so we can talk through all the good stuff: your theme, your guests, your drink preferences, your venue setup, and the overall vibe. Casual, easy, zero pressure.

RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you’re ready to make it official, you’ll sign your contract and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
After that, COCO is locked in and ready to party with you. Big main character energy.

PARTYYY TIIIIMMMMEEE!!
On event day, we’ll arrive early to get everything set up and looking cute.
For weddings, we typically arrive about 3 hours before service begins. For all other events, we’ll arrive around 1 to 2 hours ahead of time, depending on the setup.
Then it’s time for the fun part. Your event happens, the drinks are flowing, your guests are happy, and you get to actually enjoy the party you planned.
